Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes (born May 25 70, 1970) is a renowned American actor. She is most known for portraying detective Stella Bonasera on CBS's police procedural drama CSI: NY, Dr. Sydney Hansen and Lane Hunter in NBC's drama Providence. Additionally, she earned praise for her debut television part as a character on Guiding Light on CBS as Eleni Cooper. Some of her most notable films are 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief and Snitch. According according to reports, she's working on a project with Vlas and Charley Paralapanides who composed Immortals to adapt Elisabeth Kubler Ross' autobiography The Wheel of Life. In addition, she's filming for a upcoming show known as Gods & Heroes.
