Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born June 13th 1962) is an American actress. Her debut in film was Bad Boys (1983). Then She joined the Bratpack band and made appearances as a character in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club(1985) as well as Short Circuit (1986). Her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (2000) won her the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actor. Ally Sheedy is an American writer and actress. In the early 80s, she started her career on film by appearing in the crime thriller Bad Boys. She was highly acclaimed for the film. In the film, which was directed by Rick Rosenthal, other well-known actors such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck also appeared. Her role was featured in The Breakfast Club in 1985 the comedy that followed her initial success. John Hughes' film, directed by him, was one of the most acclaimed high-school movies in history. The film was made for just $1,000,000, but the film made more than $50 million. When she was on CBS Schoolbreak, which was also her debut on television. In April 1980, the show was first aired. It was intended for teens. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues are other programs on TV where she appeared. One of her most recent appearances is Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story featuring a female superhero in which she has a cameo. Sheedy is the recipient of numerous awards for her stellar performances which include an award from the MTV Movie Award Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
