Alexandra Cooper - born August 21, 1994 in Newtown Pennsylvania was the daughter of Bryan Cooper as well as Laurie Cooper. Her father was a hockey player at University of Wisconsin. Boston University's coach noticed her athletic skills, and they offered the athlete a sports scholarship. Cooper took the offer and played for the Boston University Division-1 female squad in her four years of university. When she was in her senior year she served as captain co-captain.
